Processing is based on your consent, which you give by sending us your data through the website form, messengers, or when paying for services.
4. Payment processing (bePaid)
Card payments on the website are processed by the bePaid payment service (bepaid.by). Your card details are entered on bePaid's secure payment page and are not transmitted to or stored by us. To process the payment, bePaid handles the necessary payment data in line with its own privacy policy.
5. Sharing with third parties
We do not sell your data. It may be shared only with service providers needed to perform the contract (for example, the bePaid payment service) and with government authorities where required by law.
6. Storage and security
Data is kept no longer than necessary for the purposes above and is protected by organizational and technical measures.
7. Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, and withdraw your consent, by writing to apply@escle.com.
