Public Offer Agreement
This document is a public offer by Digital People LLC for consulting and support services related to admission to higher-education institutions in the Republic of Belarus.
Effective: 24 July 2026
1. General provisions
1.1. This Agreement is a public offer under Article 407 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Belarus. Payment by the Client for the Provider's services constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of this offer.
1.2. The Provider is Digital People LLC (UTN 193588398). The Client is an individual who has accepted the terms of this offer.
2. Subject of the agreement
2.1. The Provider delivers consulting and organizational services covering university and program selection, document preparation and submission, student-visa support, and other related services agreed by the Parties.
2.2. The scope and price of specific services are agreed individually between the Parties before payment.
2.3. The price of services depends on the volume of services actually rendered. The Client pays for the services on the basis of this Agreement.
3. Price and payment
3.1. The price of services is determined individually and communicated to the Client before payment. Prices are stated in Belarusian rubles (BYN); the US dollar (USD) equivalent is shown for reference.
3.2. Payment is made by bank card through the secure payment page of the bePaid payment service. See the Payment & Refunds page for details.
4. Rights and obligations
4.1. The Provider undertakes to deliver the services with due quality and within the agreed timeframe, and to keep the Client informed of progress.
4.2. The Client undertakes to provide accurate information and the documents required to deliver the services, and to pay for them on time.
5. Cancellation and refunds
5.1. The Client may cancel the services before their delivery begins and receive a full refund of the amount paid.
5.2. To request a refund, the Client contacts apply@escle.com or WhatsApp at +375 25 672 04 78. Requests are reviewed within 3 (three) business days.
5.3. If the service was paid for by bank card through the website, the refund is made to the card used for payment. Funds arrive on the card within 1 to 30 days from the moment the Provider issues the refund.
6. Personal data
6.1. The Client's personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
