Payment & Refunds
Services are paid for online by bank card through the secure bePaid payment service.

How to pay
The price of your service is agreed with you individually before payment. Once agreed, enter the amount in the form below and click "Pay by card" — you will be taken to the secure payment page of the bePaid processing system. The payment page shows your order number and amount; enter your card details and confirm the payment.
If your card supports 3-D Secure, you will be asked to complete the standard one-minute cardholder verification on your bank's page. After the payment, a confirmation is sent to the email address you provided — please keep your payment records.
Prices are stated in Belarusian rubles (BYN); the US dollar (USD) equivalent is shown for reference.
Accepted cards
We accept the following bank cards: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro and Белкарт. Payments are protected by 3-D Secure: Visa Secure, Mastercard ID Check and Белкарт Internet Password.
Payment security
Card payments are processed through the bePaid electronic payment system (bepaid.by). The bePaid payment page meets all data-transfer security requirements (PCI DSS Level 1). All confidential data is stored encrypted and highly resistant to attack; access to the authorization pages uses the secure SSL/TLS protocol. Your card details are entered on bePaid's page and are never passed to the merchant or stored on the website.
Cancellation & refunds
You may cancel a service before its delivery begins and receive a full refund. To do so, send a request to apply@escle.com or WhatsApp at +375 25 672 04 78 — requests are reviewed within 3 (three) business days.
If the service was paid for by bank card through the website, the refund is made to the card used for payment. Funds arrive on the card within 1 to 30 days from the moment the Provider issues the refund.
