Step 1: Get your official university invitation letter
Once you're accepted by one of our partner universities (BSUIR, BNTU, BSU, BSTU, BrSU or GrAU), the university issues an official invitation letter. This document is the foundation of your visa application — without it, you can't apply. Our team coordinates directly with university admissions to make sure this is issued correctly and on time.
Step 2: Prepare your visa application package
With your invitation letter in hand, you'll need to assemble a complete application package. Exactly what's required varies depending on your country, but typically includes:
- A valid passport with sufficient remaining validity
- Your university invitation letter
- Completed visa application forms
- Passport-style photographs
- Proof of accommodation arrangements
- Any supporting documents specific to your country (translated and legalized where required)
